The indictment alleges that Capps took cocaine into the Hardin County Jail. The indictment also alleges that Capps attempted to sell more than one gram but less than four grams of cocaine to a law enforcement investigator during a separate incident.

Four Radcliff residents, including three teenagers, have been indicted on seven felony charges apiece in connection with a reported home invasion in January at a Hillcrest Drive residence. All face three Class B felony counts of complicity to commit first-degree robbery punishable by 10 to 20 years in prison, if convicted; one count of complicity to commit burglary, also a Class B felony, and three counts of complicity to commit first-degree wanton endangerment, a Class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison, if convicted.
